Cleaning that supports public service
Employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and public officials may use the same building in very different ways. The cleaning plan has to reflect public hours, meetings, secure areas, facility policies, and the responsibilities established in the agreement.
Firato builds recurring and project-based cleaning around the approved scope, service schedule, access procedures, site contacts, and presentation standard for each facility.
Professional public spaces backed by clear expectations and local accountability.
Government and municipal cleaning scope
Entrances, queuing areas, approved counters, furnishings, receptacles, and visible surfaces maintained for a professional first impression.
Approved surface dusting, receptacle service, floor care, break areas, and shared workspaces organized around documents and personal property.
Fixtures, mirrors, partitions, dispensers, floors, receptacles, and approved supply restocking handled at an agreed frequency.
Floor care, tables, seating areas, touchpoints, and receptacles serviced around approved room setups and public meeting schedules.
Multipurpose rooms, staff breakrooms, corridors, stairwells, and other approved shared spaces maintained for regular use.
Routine care coordinated with periodic hard-floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, entry glass, windows, and other scheduled projects.
The Firato standard
Access issues, supply needs, damage, unusual conditions, and authorized requests are routed through the designated contact.
Documented scopes and frequencies support a dependable standard across approved areas and locations.
Local oversight and follow-through support the relationship after the walkthrough and service launch.
Built around public-facility operations
We review operational and procurement requirements before committing to a service plan.
City halls, administrative offices, utility buildings, community facilities, and public works offices have different priorities.
Specifications, frequencies, supplies, reporting, exclusions, and additional-work procedures are documented before service begins.
Approved entries, credentials, alarm procedures, service windows, and escalation contacts are coordinated by location.
Operating hours, meetings, elections, events, and room use may shape cleaning windows and authorized add-on work.
Records, evidence, technology, law-enforcement, controlled storage, and other secure spaces require explicit authorization.
Insurance, reporting, invoicing, site rules, and other contract requirements are reviewed for fit before acceptance.
One coordinated facility plan
Build the foundation with commercial janitorial service or office cleaning, then coordinate floor care, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning.
High-traffic or event-driven facilities may also benefit from defined day porter support, pressure washing, or periodic deep cleaning and high dusting.
Firato provides commercial cleaning and agreed specialty services. Security, building repairs, detention or correctional operations, evidence handling, emergency restoration, hazardous materials, regulated waste, and biohazard remediation are outside standard scope unless an expressly qualified service is contracted.
How it works
