FIRATO SERVICE CO., INC.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 13, 2026

Firato Service Co., Inc. operates firato.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us, or request a proposal for our commercial janitorial and facility services.

Information you provide

Our contact and proposal forms collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, facility location, requested services, scheduling preferences, and message. We also handle information you provide when following up by email or phone. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through these forms.

Website information and cookies

Our website and its service providers process technical information to operate the site, deliver forms, prevent spam, and understand website use. This may include an IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, submission references, and cookie or similar identifiers.

The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and website activity. It also includes Google Ads tags for advertising measurement. These services can use cookies and similar technologies to process information about your browser, device, and interactions with the website and ads. Depending on Google’s settings and your choices, Google may also use information for personalized advertising and combine it with information from other services.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and read Google’s Privacy Policy.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to answer questions, prepare proposals, coordinate requested services, and maintain related business communications and records. Website and technical information supports site operation, security, troubleshooting, usage analysis, and advertising measurement.

Who processes information

Relevant Firato personnel receive and review inquiries. Information also passes through the systems and providers that support our website and communications, including GoDaddy hosting, WordPress form and security tools, and email delivery and mailbox providers. These providers process information as part of delivering their services. Google processes analytics and advertising information as described above and in its linked policies.

We may disclose information when required by law or as reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate abuse, or establish or defend legal rights.

Storage and retention

Inquiry records may be stored in the website’s form system, email mailboxes, operational logs, and backups. These are separate copies: deleting a delivery log does not automatically remove a form entry, email, or backup.

We retain inquiry and service records as needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary by the type of record and the system in which it is stored. Contact us if you have questions about a particular record or want to request deletion.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a form and can contact us by phone instead. You can also email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where needed for applicable obligations.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on and ad personalization controls. The Analytics add-on limits Google Analytics collection in the browser where it is installed; it does not stop other website functions or all advertising technologies. Google ad settings do not replace your browser’s cookie controls.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date when this policy changes.
