Commercial cleaning shaped by your environment

Commercial Cleaning Built Around Your Industry

Every facility has different traffic, surfaces, schedules, risks, and expectations. Firato builds the cleaning plan around how your property actually operates.

Industry-aware facility care

The cleaning standard stays high. The plan changes with the building.

A corporate office and an automotive dealership should not receive the same generic checklist. Neither should a credit union, manufacturing facility, medical office, church, school, or multi-tenant property.

Firato begins with a walkthrough to understand your traffic, surfaces, operating hours, sensitive areas, presentation priorities, and communication requirements. From there, we define the right combination of recurring and specialty services.

One experienced partner. A plan designed for your environment.

Industries we serve

Commercial cleaning for the facilities that keep our communities moving.

Choose your environment to see the priorities, service considerations, and cleaning solutions that matter most.

The Firato standard

Three principles that work in every industry.

Communication

Clear expectations, accessible contacts, and fast reporting when a condition needs attention.

Consistency

Defined scopes, dependable schedules, and quality oversight that keeps standards from slipping.

Commitment

Local ownership of the relationship and a long-term focus on supporting your facility.

Built around operational reality

The variables we evaluate before recommending a cleaning plan.

01

Traffic & Occupancy

How many people use the building, when activity peaks, and which areas show wear first.

02

Surfaces & Equipment

Flooring, carpet, glass, furnishings, fixtures, approved products, and sensitive equipment.

03

Access & Security

Keys, alarm procedures, restricted spaces, escorts, building contacts, and service windows.

04

Standards & Reporting

Site-specific priorities, documentation, quality checks, escalation paths, and communication cadence.

Defined scope. Honest boundaries.

We match the service to the facility—and say clearly when specialty work is required.

Industry experience does not mean assuming every site has the same requirements. Regulatory, clinical, hazardous, production, food-service, security, or specialty-restoration needs must be evaluated and specifically included before work begins.

We define responsibilities, exclusions, client preparation, approved areas, access procedures, and reporting expectations in the service plan. When a condition requires a different qualification or provider, we communicate that directly.

This protects your operation, your people, and the integrity of the cleaning program.

How we build your program

From facility walkthrough to dependable service.

01

Understand the Environment

We walk the building and learn how people, surfaces, schedules, and priorities interact.

02

Define the Scope

We document included services, frequency, access, communication, responsibilities, and exclusions.

03

Coordinate the Start

Local management aligns service teams, supplies, site contacts, and opening expectations.

04

Manage the Standard

Quality checks, responsive communication, and follow-up keep the plan connected to the facility.

Regional reach. Local accountability.

Firato supports commercial facilities from San Francisco and Oakland through Silicon Valley, Santa Clara County, San Benito County, Salinas, and the Monterey Bay.

Frequently asked questions

Industry-specific cleaning, made clear.

Do you use the same cleaning checklist for every industry?

No. We begin with the facility’s traffic, surfaces, hours, access requirements, priorities, and site-specific expectations before defining the scope.

Can Firato support multiple locations or property portfolios?

Yes, when the locations and service requirements fit the agreed operating plan. We define contacts, reporting, site differences, and local coordination before service begins.

Can recurring and specialty services be combined?

Yes. A facility plan may combine recurring janitorial care with scheduled floor, carpet, window, pressure-washing, kitchen, or deep-cleaning projects.

How do you handle secure or restricted areas?

Access procedures, approved areas, keys, alarms, escorts, and reporting requirements are reviewed during the walkthrough and documented in the service plan.

What if our facility has specialized regulatory or hazardous-cleaning needs?

Those requirements must be evaluated separately and specifically included. We do not assume clinical, hazardous-material, remediation, production, or other specialized work is part of standard commercial cleaning.
