Presentation that supports the sale

A clean dealership keeps the focus on the vehicles and the customer experience.

Customers notice fingerprints on the glass, dust around displays, marks on showroom floors, restroom conditions, and whether the lounge feels cared for. Employees notice whether the facility is ready when the doors open.

Firato builds recurring cleaning around sales and service hours, customer traffic, vehicle displays, approved work zones, access procedures, and the distinct needs of front-of-house and employee spaces.

Professional dealership presentation backed by clear scope and local accountability.

The Firato standard

The three C’s behind every dealership.

Communication

Access issues, spills, damage, supply needs, display changes, and unusual conditions are routed through the designated contact.

Consistency

Documented scopes and frequencies support a dependable standard across sales, service, customer, and employee areas.

Commitment

Local oversight and follow-through support the relationship after the walkthrough and service launch.

Built around dealership operations

The right plan begins with customer traffic, department schedules, and clear shop boundaries.

We evaluate each facility before recommending frequency or specialty maintenance.

Sales vs. Service Hours

Early service traffic, late sales hours, weekend schedules, deliveries, and closing procedures shape the cleaning window.

Vehicle Displays

Showroom layouts, rotating inventory, display platforms, charging cables, and vehicle clearance must be coordinated in advance.

Keys, Badges & Alarms

Approved entries, credentials, gates, alarm procedures, and escalation contacts are defined by location.

Shop & Equipment Boundaries

Vehicles, lifts, tools, parts, machinery, fluids, batteries, tires, and technical work areas remain outside routine handling.

Events & Promotions

Sales events, model launches, meetings, and display changes may require approved scheduling or additional work.

Multi-Location Standards

Dealer groups can align core expectations while preserving each location’s scope, contacts, access, and facility needs.

One coordinated dealership plan

Recurring cleaning plus scheduled presentation care.

Build the foundation with commercial janitorial service or office cleaning, then coordinate floor care, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning.

Suitable dealerships may also benefit from approved pressure washing, periodic deep cleaning and high dusting, or defined day porter support when the staffing need fits the operating plan.

Firato’s standard scope does not include moving, washing, detailing, fueling, or servicing vehicles; handling keys, parts, tools, batteries, tires, or shop equipment; technical maintenance; oil or chemical spills; hazardous materials; regulated waste; or specialized shop remediation.
