Presentation worthy of the club experience

A well-maintained clubhouse helps every member visit and private event feel intentional.

Members and guests notice the entrance, glass, floors, furnishings, locker rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and the details that shape the overall atmosphere. Staff need each approved space ready for the day’s schedule.

Firato builds recurring cleaning around clubhouse hours, tee and tournament calendars, dining operations, banquets, private events, access procedures, and the presentation standard expected across the property.

Member-ready presentation backed by clear scope and local accountability.

Commitment

Local oversight and follow-through support the relationship after the walkthrough and service launch.

Built around club operations

The right plan begins with the calendar, member traffic, and clearly assigned responsibilities.

We evaluate each facility before recommending frequency or specialty maintenance.

Daily Club Schedule

Early tee times, dining hours, member use, staff activity, closing procedures, and seasonal traffic shape the cleaning window.

Tournaments & Private Events

Golf events, weddings, banquets, meetings, and celebrations may require approved scheduling or additional service.

Dining & Kitchen Boundaries

Front-of-house care, food-service schedules, bar areas, kitchen responsibilities, and culinary equipment must be clearly assigned.

Locker & Member Property

Personal items, lockers, golf equipment, valuables, lost property, and member belongings remain outside routine handling.

Surfaces & Furnishings

Woodwork, stone, tile, carpet, upholstery, glass, artwork, and specialty finishes are reviewed before products or methods are selected.

Course & Recreation Boundaries

Turf, pools, spas, carts, maintenance equipment, chemicals, and outdoor recreation operations are not part of routine janitorial service.

One coordinated clubhouse plan

Recurring cleaning plus scheduled care for dining and events.

Build the foundation with commercial janitorial service or office cleaning, then coordinate floor care, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning.

Suitable clubs may also benefit from approved pressure washing, periodic deep cleaning and high dusting, or defined commercial kitchen cleaning when responsibilities and equipment are reviewed separately.

Firato’s standard scope does not include turf or course maintenance, pools or spas, carts, golf equipment, member lockers or personal property, food handling, cash or point-of-sale systems, alcohol inventory, pesticides, hazardous chemicals, regulated waste, pest control, security, or specialized restoration.
