When the details start to show

A deeper reset for the places routine cleaning leaves behind.

Even a well-maintained facility develops buildup in high, low, hidden, and hard-to-reach areas. Firato plans periodic and one-time deep cleaning around the condition of your space—not a generic checklist.

We identify priorities, access needs, operating constraints, and realistic outcomes before service begins. That means fewer surprises and a cleaner result your employees, occupants, and visitors can feel.

Commercial cleaning with local accountability and a plan you can understand.

Detailed service scope

Targeted attention from overhead surfaces to floor-level edges.

01

High Dusting & Overhead Surfaces

Accessible beams, pipes, vents, ledges, tops of partitions, and other elevated horizontal surfaces are addressed according to height, access, and site conditions.

02

Fixtures, Ledges & Detail Points

Accessible light fixtures, frames, sills, door tops, trim, and overlooked touchpoints receive focused cleaning beyond the daily routine.

03

Walls, Baseboards & Edges

Dust, marks, and buildup are addressed on appropriate washable surfaces, with special attention to corners, perimeter lines, and transition areas.

04

Detailed Surface Cleaning

Workstations, common-area furnishings, cabinetry exteriors, partitions, and other approved surfaces can be incorporated into a defined project scope.

05

Floors & Carpeted Areas

Deep vacuuming, edge work, spot attention, and coordinated hard-floor or carpet services help complete the reset from top to bottom.

06

One-Time Facility Resets

Seasonal projects, tenant transitions, special events, inspections, and neglected areas can be organized into a practical one-time cleaning plan.

The Firato standard

Three values that keep detailed work on track.

Communication

We define the priority areas, timing, access, exclusions, and expectations before the project starts.

Consistency

A documented scope helps service teams execute the same plan across rooms, floors, and phases.

Commitment

Local oversight, quality checks, and responsive follow-up keep the result aligned with your facility’s needs.

Planned around your building

The right scope starts with the right questions.

Deep cleaning and high dusting are most effective when they are planned around the real conditions inside your facility.

Height & Access

Ceiling height, lift or ladder access, clearances, and the ability to safely reach each target area.

Dust & Buildup

The type, amount, and location of accumulated dust, debris, residue, or marks.

Occupied Spaces

Employee presence, customer traffic, sensitive work zones, and operational hours.

Equipment & Furnishings

What can be cleaned in place, what must be protected, and what requires client preparation.

HVAC & Airflow

Air movement, vents, returns, and dust-control considerations that may affect sequencing.

Schedule & Phasing

After-hours access, shutdown windows, deadlines, and whether the work should be completed in phases.

Clear boundaries build trust

We define what belongs in the project—and what requires a specialist.

Our walkthrough determines what can be performed safely with the appropriate access and cleaning methods. High or restricted areas may require special equipment, scheduling, or separate evaluation.

Hazardous materials, mold remediation, lead or asbestos disturbance, biohazard work, active construction cleanup, specialty restoration, and inaccessible or high-risk areas are not assumed to be part of standard deep-cleaning service. When a condition falls outside our scope, we will say so clearly.

This protects your facility, your people, and the integrity of the work.

Frequently asked questions

Deep cleaning, made clear.

How is deep cleaning different from routine janitorial service?

Routine janitorial service maintains recurring priorities. Deep cleaning targets accumulated buildup and detailed areas that are normally addressed periodically or as a defined project.

Can high dusting be completed while our facility is operating?

Sometimes. The answer depends on access, ceiling height, dust conditions, equipment, occupant activity, and safety requirements. We may recommend after-hours work or phased service.

Do you provide lifts or specialized access equipment?

Access requirements are evaluated during the walkthrough. When appropriate equipment or qualified access support is needed, it must be defined and approved as part of the project plan.

Can this be scheduled as a one-time service?

Yes. Deep cleaning can support seasonal resets, inspections, tenant transitions, events, deferred maintenance, or preparation for an ongoing cleaning program.

What should we do before the service date?

We will identify any client preparation—such as securing sensitive materials, clearing access, protecting equipment, or coordinating building contacts—before work begins.
